Grabbed for myself: 007 (w shirt), Pure, Ferrari challenge, SC IV all for PS3.
Grabbed for my daughter: For PS 3: Singstar vol 2, Singstar Abba, Disney Sing along w/ mic, High School Musical 3 w/ dance pad (PS2).
For both of us: Guitar Hero Areosmith.
Not a bad haul for $90.
Pretty sure they already announced they will have that. So your trophies will be displayed how they look. Aka the trophy sackboy statue will be there for all to see.
The game really does not have potential though. They have already positioned it as a scaled down rts to try and get the halo players to like it.
It will end up being too much thinking for the Halo fans since it is an rts and will be not enough thinking for the rts fan because it is being designed trying to get fps players.
I really think it is being positioned to not satisfy either player. They should have just made a real RTS game because most Halo players do not ...
At what point did games that are called "Solid" and games that the reviewer admits does nothing new and copies the previous game. When did it come about that these games get a 9.2 from IGN? The whole review is how they copy everything from COD4 except make the setting 60 years earlier.
The review sounded like a 8.0-8.5 type game. That is "Solid" game.
It is bad enough all the games with almost no story are getting 9.5's and higher but now m...
Just picked up my copy but was not able to get an additional one for my nephew since it was not pre-ordered. Might check Walmart or Best buy for him. If I find one in either of those place will let you guys know.
Even back in the day I felt like the only one who played this game but Snatcher for the sega cd was a very sexy game and far ahead of it's time on "mature" content. Was also a pretty good game as well.
If any game has ever deserved a 10.0 for lasting appeal it would be this game. Was a great review however and glad to see that IGN is not just giving every great game a perfect score. GTA 4 still boggles my mind as a "perfect" game.
Man we need this in the U.S. soon after Japan. I can't wait a year for this.
Ever since the launch of first Everquest (Yes I am old and was playing day one). Playing a game solo and leveling up was fine but mmo's can only be great based on the group of people you are playing with. Finding a good guild or just group of people has and will always be most important.
Also helps that since Wow came out they are trying to make mmo's actually fun as opposed to just challenging.
However it was actually fun when it came out. Breaking into dance with a room full of enemies was amazing.
No matter what it is I will be buying. He is one of those people that you need to check out anything he does because it is always amazing.
Chinatown in New York has an arcade that is still popular. Having 2 Street Fighter 4's certainly helps. Being there a few weeks ago made me miss the days of great arcades. MK, SF, VF all made arcades great and that feeling of a crowd all loving the same thing cannot be repeated through online gaming. Convenience of online gaming wins out however.
Does anyone really think that all the Halo players who jump around shooting have any patience for an RTS? Also do the RTS players have any interest in a dumbed down RTS created for the halo players? 1 resource to manage is a joke.
Really hoping that they bring that game over soon.
Also there is finally an Xbox 360 game that may make me buy the system. Infinite Undiscovery looks amazing.
While I may agree that Shining force 2 and Shining Force CD(still one of many reasons Sega CD was so underrated) were better there is no way shining force is overrated. The series brought rpg's to a new level with it's strategy combat system that is still used today. I am not sure when you actually played it but when it came out it was a hard game but certainly not impossible.
If you want some perspective try playing through Shining in the darkness where you had to chart your o...
Loved the show. The Slurpee jokes throughout the show was hilarious.
