I prefer the originals art style, they should have gone hand-drawn 2d like Rayman Origins in my opinion. Also World of Illusion was better purely for the great co-op.
@vickers500
Thanks for responding so well. You make some valid points. There certainly were elements of it I enjoyed, the first hour or so I liked it.
I turned the lights of cranked the sound up and marveled at the animation, colours and especially the sounds. I just expected it to go somewhere more.
In terms of gameplay what I would have liked and thought would have suited it were puzzles perhaps a little like PapaYo. A lot of the interactiv...
@king_prince_man
I agree completely. It was more like a tech demo than a game. It was well produced had great sound and art direction but was severely lacking in gameplay.
Hugely over rated and over priced in my opinion. I'm surprised it took so long to make money as there's very little to it and it sold well.
Well colour me interested...
I almost wish they'd cancel it because they're really taking the piss with it.
It does not take getting on for a decade to make a good game.
Lol if you had to setup Windows 8 PC's all day like me you'd know Microsoft account systems going quirky is nothing new.
Lol so THAT's why Crisis is only 40% fun....
Fun read thanks. I believe in the 3rd console curse, it's often the way with games as well the first one has something special, the second nails it and the third flounders a bit despite being the most polished.
@kostchtchie_
I gave you a bubble. Spot on, totaly agree.
Frankly, living in the uk the last Tale's game I remember getting was on the PSP.
That makes me a sad panda...
That was terribly written...
Those faces look like great shaders on slightly funky models.
Isn't Gai'kai supposed to be powered by Nvidia grid though?
Superb I really wanted to play Okami HD. My PS+ has paid for itself so many times over now.
I hope they can simulate decent visual damage on ps4. You can still be lazy and bumper car your way round if you get desperate. It needs more of a penalty for crashes.
Christopher Judge would be my choice.
I love seeing the the work in progress untextured animations. I might have to buy the ebook if theres more of that.
That's a far too reasonable a comment, I thought I was on a different site for minute. :D
I agree entirely, I bought my Wii for the same reason.
Ok (deep breath),
@lastofgen: My statement is not jumbled.
@FATAL1TY: Metacritic means nothing to me a better game is a better game f.uck the numbers.
@gta2800: Poor mans uncharted? Get real, seriously that's just plain offensive to the devs that clearly put in a TON of work in.
I actually love sony playstations and I would genuinely bet money my PS collection is better than most (not to mention my SNES collection). I don't mean that t...
Mickey Mania was also on the Megadrive a couple of years earlier
