This genre used to be my favorite, but it's been quickly deteriorating over the years.
This would be quite remarkable if it could, but im a tiny bit doubtful :P

Yea but Gears is buggy and #2 was the most anti-climactic game of 2008. Gears 2 was a HUGE disappointment.
I personally think that Nintendo will do everything in their power to not mess this one up. This game appeals to those who have lost hope in Nintendo. Everyone knows that messing this one up could be very detrimental to moral of those fans.
Loved the demonstration at e3. I'm very skeptical though, Gears has never delivered an experience that would justify it's fame.
Love that even NES and Arcade made this list. Not just Wii games. That makes it a lot more interesting (to say the least.)
Of course there will be a mario on 3DS :P
Yea my thoughts exactly. They can't give us all this free content through the Cerberus network then expect to charge us $7 for such a small amount of content.
It will be nice to see the comparison between this week and next week to see how e3 affected media sales.

How can you possibly think Nintendo did better and say "Nothing New" about Sony? Nintendo showed us NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING. Us real gamers played all these games 10 years ago. Who cares if it has a new title, some better graphics, and some gameplay advancements...It's still the same regurgitated crap.
