Most of the extras are sh1tty additions that don't affect the game to a major degree. Even Bioshock which was almost a year after was not as good as the 360 version.

I'm not disputing the fact that great games were released 5 years or after on PS2, what I am disputing is that graphically they were all nothing special, yes they pushed the boundaries of the PS2 because developers were maxing out the PS2 hardware by then so obviously sequels were looking better but graphically compared to PC they did look dated because DX8 and the DX9 pissed all over them with advanced pixel shading.

Somehow I just can't see either of these consoles lasting 10 years at the sharp end. Maybe there will still be support for the PS3 but the hardware is nowhere near powerful enough to last 10 years its that simple. Graphics cards on PC advance at an alarming rate and to think the the PS3 will be competing graphically in 8 years time is just silly. Conole life cycles are generally 5 years with a couple extra if it's a huge success like the PS2 but even after 5 years it was looking dated.
Far cry 2 is being developed by Ubisoft and is a multi-platform release, Crytek have anounced a game engine for use on console's but have not yet said what games they are developing and what platform they will be on so what the hell are you talking about!!???

Why do you say that no other system has ever had periodic price drops? All consoles from as far back as the NES have come down in price over their life cycle. I really can't believe you don't remember this!? Remember when PS1 and Saturn price fought? or PS2 and XBOX? Periodic pirce drop is nothing new in the games industry.

Yeah no Warren Spector and also developed for Console in mind ruined Invisible war. I really hope they pull something out of the bag with Deux EX 3 but something tells me its going to be a huge dissapointment. Also won't be seeing it until well into 2009 I think.

This is really bad, I was still hoping to see a pc version of SSF4 but when this kind of piracy happens it can only encourage the developer to ignore PC completely in the future and concentrate more on consoles...Really lame and it is the genuine gamers who pay for the pleasure to play these games that get screwed.
