NBA 2k games have always looked terrible on the ps3. If you have a xbox why don't you buy it there? At least that version will be a step up on graphics for your case.
Is the game playable? I still haven't redeemed my code because when I tried the game while ps store was down it was so terrible that I was going to sell my copy. I kept it since there were always talks about net code patches so I still have it but don't play.

The timing of when you are pressing the buttons. Its not the same as playing offline it was really off pre patch and with the new patch it is better on ps3 but still bad. I never ever had plans on buying the 3ds. The only reason I purchased my 3ds was because I found it for $200 brand new, plus the fact that super street fighter 4 was on 3DS. I am a super hardcore ssf4 guy, all I was thinking of was how much practice I will be able to get playing, so I instantly bought it. I play SSF4 3DS everyday online. I don't regret buying it because of the lack of software, I only regret that I had to pay $200 for it. Wish is was more like $150.
Yea I would like the xmb to at least look fun when its turned on. Thing is so boring. Cheap graphics cheap everything. I have to keep constantly changing themes just to make it look different because the XMB is really boring to look at.

Because Steam uses the latest version of GTA IV which was made to prevent mods. Yes some mods do work. But this mode shown here in the video and ENB graphics enhancers + RealizmIV6.2 which are the best mods for making GTA look realistic don't work on the steam version. Just buy disk version they have the best support for mods. After 4 days of trying I just gave up.
