I completed the game on hardcore and you really just have to have plenty of patience. But actually when you know where all the enemies are coming from and what weapons to use it really was not that bad. Hahahahaha I dont think I would ever go back and do it again, but it was great knowing I was able to complete the game of the hardest difficulty. I think it actually added to the game a bit because I was more than terrified of moving to quickly through a level.

Good point. They are going to have an uphill battle trying to convert fans. $300 just seemed more than fair based on what your getting.
Sony would be crazy to sell this thing at the same price as the 3DS. If offers much more to the consumer and justifiably should cost more. Even without the 3G feature the NGP would be more than reasonably priced at $300 and $399 for the 3G option. Your getting a piece of hardware that offers so much more, and yes you will need to pay for something like that.
Yeah I am going to have to agree with you. I own one of the newer 3D tv models and it looks amazing. I play Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, Killzone 3, Gran Tourismo, Batman, Crysis and they all look good to me in 3D. Its just another option to play and the more options the better. And you have to have the right equipment as well.
