Lair was NOT that diffacult to control. if you can walk and chew gum at the same time ya should have a problem. the ONLY move that gave me even a bit of trouble was the 180 degree turn move. whoever mentinoed that level with the spot-lights......i beat that level on my first try, im not bragging er anything i just really took to the controls after the first couple levels....it became fairly easy for me to get around with a little practice. ALOT of people compalained about the targeting......
if you ask me, the Gears 2 video reminded be of the last level of Gears 1 with just WAY more going on in the background. this was a bad example of Gears 2 in this video, they should have shown something similar but "on-foot". so far from the looks of it the combat remains the same....same enemy count and everything with just a fresh coat of paint (as in....it looks nice, but Gears 1 looked nice and not a whole helluva-alot has changed).
