While you may not agree with the source, this article does have a valid point. The Vita is struggling, the high profile games that were supposed to bring gamers to the system haven't, and it is starting to be looked down on by developers because it does not have as large a user base as the other devices it is competing against.
The users here may lambaste Kotaku by saying that they are putting a negative spin on the Vita but I would argue the inverse true here at N4G. Th...
It looks like it going to get pretty tore up all around. Yoystiq also has it at a low score.
I don't think the glitches are anything more than you find in other games with the size and scope like this; For goodness sake look at Skyrim, Oblivion, and primarily Fallout NV and Fallout 3. This game was right on par with those games but I am guessing with a far lower budget.
With more complicated world comes more and more issues.
This would be awesome, I have loved the first one to death. The exploration and size is great. I would like to have them work a lot on improving the player character models since they looked so bad.
Instead rather why not have a character creator like Skyrim? All they need is to have two different voice sets based on the sex of the player character.
Ridiculous flamebait. Nothing to see move along.
90% of N4G users bend over for Sony, the other 10% are here just to poke and prod at those 90%. Each of us here can only fall into one category or the other.
I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not so I am just going to assume it is and give you an agree.
What's your definition of secure? If it takes an infinite amount of time to breach the system, but it does get breached, is that secure? It's true that everything is hackable but there is a difference between taking the maximum security steps available vs leaving the key in the door with a note not to take anything.
If Sony has really done this badly at security and the hackers have full access to all customer data this could be worse than a lot of people have thought. This could possibly be one of the biggest and most serious data breaches in history.
Stupid comments like "Credit card info? it's encrypted", STILL? Sony themselves have come out and said it's possible credit card data was taken. If they themselves acknowledge it how can you people continue to make these silly statements?
It says excluding security code, not excluding security code and expiration date. So hackers could have obtained the two main ingredients for successfully CC theft.
This is total shit.
The Gears games have always looked amazing and been fun to play, Gears 3 will be no different.
Not really excited about anything but the new Final fantasy and Uncharted 3. Uncharted is without a doubt the best series on the PS3 right now and I am super excited about it. The last two have just captured the adventure movie feel so perfect.
FPS are a dime a dozen, all it takes is a minor shift to see gamers leave one game and go pick up another. Medal of Honor was before it, there will be another one after CoD franchise.
All flash, no content. Just like Killzone 2.
Mass Effect was not an RPG, it was an action game.
If you hate the fanboy-ism why even bother coming to this site? That is all this site is, factions of each console fighting against each other. Seriously, if it offends you or bothers you so much you should probably go back to Kotaku. This site caters to people who like nothing more than to troll any comment they disagree with, rather it be more valid then their own or not. It's not going to ever change, so why stay?
Yeah like put it inside her. /captainobvious
Only way this company turns it around is a change at the top. This company has no idea what fans want anymore. Those of you that are saying otherwise in this thread are wrong.
