This is a poor review, starts off by talking about nostalgia, then goes off to talk about Transgendered and then talks about inclusivity, nothing so much about the actual game.
I can't see MS making CoD exclusive, look at Minecraft, heck they've even made a Dungeon game.
Even psychonauts 2 is out for PS, and getting physical release soon.
Bringing games to as many platforms as possible is in their best interest as well.
You talking about a game that's been built on many platforms, it won't utilise the most of out of the XSX or even PS5 to their full potential.
Does that mean everyone should throw out their old games?
It is backwards compatibility, just with enhancements.
If you make your lively hood on any streaming platform, then more fool you, diversify don't stick on one platofrm.
Mixer, Youtube, Twitch etc can come and go, and not only that they can close your account if they don't like what you doing.
Frankly the signs had already been there with Mixer, it wasn't that successful compared to other platforms.
MS have stated if 1st party studios want to make exclusives for XSX they can...
Also, most games in the first year or two are multi-console there aren't many exclusives out in the first few years, even if there are they aren't utilizing the hardware that much.
Not sure why people are making a big deal over this, different companies do things differently no big deal really.
Oh and games will be scalebale, lower resolution frame...
I am not really sure if these are on XSX, or not, but they do look good.
XSX can do Raytracing...
I think Sony's biggest asset, which isn't really asset but how they do things is, they let developers, hardware engineers, software developers, movie directors/producers etc do their own thing.
Look at what Sony has behind them, Last of US, District 9, Move, heck even some of their audio equipment, they take risks whereas a lot of other companies, like Nintendo and MS etc don't.
They let people create, and do their thing whether or not it su...
Most countries offer a set speed, with no data caps. I can get 100Mpbs+ BB with 10Mpbs upload for around £20 ($26 US) a month, that is in a small town by the way.
The speeds that are on offer, have to be what they providers can offer you, otherwise you can cancel your subscription/get compensation.
The U.S is very far behind everyone else, in terms of BB.
So after paying for a game, you are okay with the companies trying to make more money off of you by adding MT's for items that should be given to you as a reward for playing a game?
They scale games down, you know like on PC?
Yay, another person who believes it's just 'cosmetic'. They are doing the same thing that companies did on the likes of Farmvile, whereby they give you content over an extended period of time unless you pay.
Destiny isn't F2P either, this is just a way of milking the crap of gamers to get every single cent off of us, and what's funny there are plenty of people like you who think it's okay...
@Sam Fisher @Remixx116 I was referring to @PhoenixUp comment which was "Their first big project in the series was a remaster of Combat Evolved and, despite positive reviews, it wasn’t anything new."....
I think MS need to focus on longer Single Player Games, Gear 4 was good but it was too short!! Same with Halo 5, it seems they want to always focus on Multiplayer not saying I don't enjoy MP, but they do need to do single player.
I really think this is where Sony/Nintendo differ to MS, MS seem to neglect single player, heck they don't do many Solo SP games as they used to, which is a shame.
Seems that Sony can get away with doing remaster after remaster but MS not so much... lol
As generations pass our libraries will get bigger, with each generation the more the graphical capabilities progress, so having BC is important and as tech goes forward will become more relevant.
I think people forgot one major thing we pay a lot of money for our games, so not being able to play them all on the one system is a big let down.
Because a game like this costs a lot of money to fund.
If you had the latter, it'd make no difference to quality, the cost of something doesn't mean it's going to be better.
Currently, the main reason games are costing more in the first place is they are trying to release games within 2-3 years, the teams are much bigger to fulfil that quota.
