Im not so sure to be honest mate as at the announcing of Rockstar making an exclusive they said It would be a completley new IP.
Although you could still be right.
Maybe...i'm not so sure but perhaps one of the "unannounced titles" is the new Rockstar exclusive that we have heard nothing of. litterly

Yeah mate this along with the Burnout games are two of the very few racing games that I find "Fun" to play. The lack of depth to the single player, and the complete lack of split screen mulirplayer held itself back from getting a higher score.
