Gears 2 sux period. Its worse than Gear 1. I love gear 1 while Gear 2 is nothing but hype. That game doesn't even make 7 in my rating. Reviewers failed to mention crappy online. Graphic is all plastic looking. I wasted 60+tax on it. Never trusting anything other than oxm for 360 reviews.
Resistance 2 is no better either. Resistance 1 was much better game (gameplay).

Please do not compare kz2 to Halo3. They are different even both are FPS. One is gun and run, fun fun (game's simplicity is the pros for this type of game) other one is realistic feel and intense which is what I prefer.
Halo 3 = Resistance 2 not my type of game.
COD4<KZ2 more like my style of game.

I have arcade with jasper chip and HDMI. Brought 60 gig hard drive at $55 from ebay, so that I could install games on hard drive 'coz the disc noise is loud. Unless somebody gives me gift for live, I am not paying for live. Overall, I am still happy 'coz I get to play all the great games and my 360 runs very cool. In fact, I don't even feel any heat when I touch after 3-4 hrs playing.

Price does reflect direct impact on sales. And, I agree Samsung TV's are as good as SONY's if not better. They may have invested more to find great tech for their electronics which 'coz them to tag high price but You are right about pricing strategy.
I do think, they need to come up with different strategy for marketing.
