That is a GREAT way to put it. I mean, on average I buy about 3-4 retail games a year. Let's say 4 (Four). That's what... $240 a year? Jesus...

I disagree to an extent. I showed the E3 videos of Watch Dogs and The Last of Us to a good number of my friends, and most of them said that The Last of Us generally looked better. They're just average gamers who don't spend any time actually comparing graphics and such so their credibility is very opinionated, but even so. If a group of casual gamers sees one game looking a tiny bit better over another, they probably won't bother with a second thought about it.
They also claimed Crysis 2 was "pushing consoles to their limits". Now they say Crysis 3 is. It's clear they don't know how to make up their minds.
Um, Uncharted 3? The Last of Us? Killzone 3? Sorry, I don't mean to seem fanboyish; I like the Xbox, I really do... But what games does the Xbox have that looks as good or better than those aforementioned games?

Yeah, I totally have to agree. Wonder Book definitely isn't for us older gamers, but I'm glad to see Sony isn't singling out people by trying to appeal ONLY to Its hardcore gamers. Other than the Wonder Book, the rest of there show was completely jaw-dropping (and thats really saying something, especially since we already expected everything that was shown).

The Wonder Book was a huge surprise. I mean, they were demonstrating the hell out of it when they could have been showcasing Sony's 20 some games... I thought THAT was surprising.
Yeah, just what I was thinking. I'll admit, before I saw the gameplay, I didn't really care too much for it. I mean, I was excited for it (bit of a contradiction, sorry) because it was a cool theme and Naughty Dog was behind it, but I wasn't 100% sold on it. Now that I've seen how beautifully the game plays, I can say that I am 110% sold.
