they wouldn't announce an xbox version until after its been released on the ps3.

MS has been doing a much better job marketing its first party titles for the 360
blaming sales is a cop out..
but guess i've been lucky, haven't had any problems getting online and been playing the last 4 or 5 days.

there were more than a half dozen titles that sold million copies in the 360's first year, wii doubled xbox first yr sales and still dont have that many.
360's attach rate is crazy.

People buy multiple shooters (cod4, orange box, halo, etc) dont see why they can't buy multiple sandbox games.

CO-OP's a big deal if GTA isn't offering it. I had a blast playing coop in crackdown.
Marketing-wise, that's the biggest title to be released next year. Rockstar/take two really goes all out to push that franchise.
If GTA releases in first half of 08 then two small price drops, one with GTA and one for Holiday 08. If GTA releases 2nd half of 08 then probably a bigger drop during the holiday.
Wouldn't be surprised if they do some sort of redesign/refreshed console for holiday 08 release.

i was thinking the same.. it will probably take a ton of firepower to take down a whole structure or they'll just limit the type of amo/weapons that can destroy bldgs.
