I wouldn't expect AAA games to be offered on PS+ so early in the PS4 life cycle. We have a whole generation ahead of us for that to happen, and it will indeed definitely happen.
The length feels appropriate after it's been delayed by such a large margin from the original launch date.
Semi-off-topic: Am I the only one who found the title really difficult to interpret?
I'm in.
I love the idea of "best games in terms of quality and quantity" wins. That's why I'm a gamer, to game.
It only took until March for this to be said. Microsoft PR is as fast as the Xone.
If the service has permanent purchase options (maybe not necessarily at the prices or pay model mentioned in the article), then I'm all in.
If only short-term rental purchases are possible then I'll probably become a less frequent customer of the service. I tend to spread out my usage of a game over a fairly large period of time (free-time constraints), so short-term rental isn't really enticing for me.
I'm really not a fan of that logic of "$60 subscription + $60 disc = $120 game".
I haven't looked at Titanfall much, but I'll work with the assumption that Titanfall is just "CoD with mechs". That. Sounds. Awesome.
I'm not a CoD fan, but I could easily be a "CoD with mechs" fan.
I personally rarely play games by myself. If we're talking online multiplayer only, then it's probably not worth it to me. But if a game has local multiplayer, that's what I value, so I don't care about the singleplayer element.
I feel as though I would be doing my PS4 a disservice if it had this cover on and I was playing it while sporting anything short of a suit and tie.
Wow, I need to hear more about the multiplayer. I had doubts about buying into a single-player experience (personal taste), but this will probably sway me.
So, by the Law of Pachter, does this mean that they actually will be in trouble?
It might be anticipated, but I won't even entertain the word "Most" in this context.
Great to see a co-op trailer and not just a regular trailer!
Now I just need Sony to allow me to purchase a Generation-long PS+ subscription.
Why did clicking on the link not bring me to an article, but rather to "Swrve"?? I do not want to download anything.
(Yes, I see that "Swrve" is fully related to the headline, but wtf.)
I've rarely had issues with getting things early, it actually confuses me why I see so many of this breed of article?
I can only think of getting a RROD on my Xbox 360, but that's honestly it. I wasn't even an early adopter, I bought mine when the 360 was over a year old. Is the real moral of the story to just buy high quality products and omit low quality products?
Call me brave.
Playing Fable III co-op with a friend was great for me. With that said, not sure if I would have finished it on single player, and it's pretty difficult for a game to be boring in co-op.
I'm really confused. Is this actually the full campaign?
