Obviously the press conferences should still be closed to the press (they're packed enough as it is), but the rest of the convention should be open to the public imo.
The biggest event of the year (for gamers), and its only open to the press. I would be there next year guaranteed if they were to open it up to the public.
I'm extremely excited for the new Soul Calibur. Ever since Tekken added the ground juggling Soul Calibur has taken its place as my favorite fighting game.
I loved SC4 and will be buying SC5 day one. I'm really liking that they are pushing the timeline forward and added new characters and move sets. It will be like playing a whole new game.
One thing I hope they bring back is the character creation system. I had an entire roster of awesome characters....
1 meal a day is not good at all. Even if it is on the healthier side. Smaller meals is always better, and your body needs a steady food intake throughout the day to work properly. Even if you are just sitting all day, your body is still active and doing things.
Oh and you definitely should take breaks now and then to move your legs about. Your legs are not as efficient as the rest of your body for blood circulation and that's why its easier for clots to form in your legs...

I would say I'm not surprised. All of them are gearing towards the casual market. Kids are a huge potential userbase and it would only make sense to target that demographic.
This is clearly 100% aimed at children and there is nothing wrong with that. Kids love toys, and what better than to have an interactive toy. I think its an excellent marketing strategy for Sony.

I just recently started watching Torchwood and I really think John Barrowman would make an awesome Drake. In the show hes got a persona very similar to Drake and at times he sounds eerily similar to him. Oh and I'd say he looks more like Drake than even Nathan Fillion.

I think sidestepping is a perfectly legit tactic to avoid fireballs in the Tekken game. Tekken characters are made to adapt to the techniques used in a 2D setting with Street Fighter x Tekken, so why not make the Street Fighter characters adapt to the 3D setting of Tekken x Street Fighter??
Both games are different for a reason. We can't make them exactly the same because each game has such different fighting techniques.
