Send Ubi a message, both PS3 & 360 owners should return their AC game to the place of purchase. If the store says anything say the game is defective crap & unplayable. Demand a refund!
I think the white helps, but its not the overwhelming thing. The price point is now more in-line with Japanese expectations on value for the PS3.
The thing is, with Gundam Mosou (just released) out now, Winning Eleven about to come out (which has always had great numbers in Japan) and GT5P (GT4P sold 750k) about to hit as well, the PS3 is starting to get eyed by the Japanese consumer. Ok guys, just to state the obvious, Mark Rein has said in the past that both console versions will be slowed down to compensate for console controllers. Live with it! Personally I think all parties involved should seriously look into growing up. Bloodmask has been asking for it for a while & I'm really surprised that drtysouf21 has sunk down to that level.

Personally I don't care. Let it stay on the 360, with Uncharted coming up & the PS3's '08 line up, PS3 owners don't need this game.
Umm Sony had a partnership deal with F1 that expires this year, and Sony has already stated that it will not renew the agreement, because F1 is seeking a rather large increase in dollars for exclusivity & limited returns you can make on 1 F1 game a year.
If EA buys it up at an already inflated price, it would be rather stupid on their part. An F1 game once a year plus developing a title yearly along with the license fee's to F1 & drivers isn't a good investment at all....
Well you make a pretty good point, but I truly believe the Japanese market is almost a waste for both Sony & MS at this time. Especially with the transformation to a hand held gaming market & all in Japan.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the future thats for sure! If either company can pull out some kind of half hearted come back in Japan it would be a major achievement!

Well I know how there trying to break into the market in Japan, And I realize their goal is to get more Japanese developers to develop for the 360. But the problem is the 360 doesn't have the support of the Japanese dev community right now, not like the PS2 did back in the day. God of War never sold that well in Japan, so why should God of War 2? This is not the type of game that the Japanese like. They don't have interest in mythology at all unless its Japan history specific.

First & foremost, no console has ever won anything with just one market, because no matter what each and every market is limited in the amount of consoles that can be sold in any one region. As for media abilities I suggest you read up on the abilities that the PS3 offers, they are both pretty well the same & in some areas the PS3 excedes the 360.

I think its well passed the games reason, I think the Japanese just don't trust the 360, although looking at the original xbox it didn't do much better than the 360, and the original never suffered hardware problems.
