It's a poor review for the general public. Poorly written, poorly researched, and overall lacking in detail. The reviewer has absolutely no idea what is a good fighting game and essentially isn't qualified to give a proper review.
However, he does still represent this slice of the public who just don't and probably will never "get" what is fun about fighting games. And to that, his review is on point. They're all just "classical" button...
