I can't speak for anyone but myself. But if they did a refresh every 3 to 4 year's and is forward and backwards compatible. I'm good. The way it goes now I'm so burnt of the console starting at year 5. Anything more then 5 year's I go back to pc and wait it out for the most part. Love my consoles and always will, but I'm also a tech geek. Always waiting for the next thing even if it's before the last one is even done.
They should just get War thunder on Xbox and there is game one with cross play!
I love flight Sims, however never really been a modern or future flight sim fan with combat. This game looks like a lot of fun, but I know me once I get on there and the screen is full of boxes showing enemy's I will lose all interest. The flying I may love but the combat of modern is just to arcade for me. I want that eagle eye spotting and aiming of the old.

I doubt it, but however ubi used to be the best. Now they are a shadow of what they once were. Yes they still doing fine but there games have lost there way and I no longer see ubi as I once did like back in the 90s and early 2000s. Now they just a cookie cutter and dumb the game down so much it's just a causal game. No more hardcore games of the old.
I am in no hurry to beat a game. I paid for it and I want to enjoy it. I always start on the hardest level and soon after it gets to easy for me anyhow. Always hate when they lock the even harder levels behind you have to beat it at least once bs.
Just because it's not, doesn't mean it can't. As some already pointed out some games will remained gimped for mp level reasons. Yes they will happen allot in 3rd party games, but by no means does it mean it can't do better it's up to the devs to use it if they see fit.
I am a console and pc gamer. Love them both but my mp is on console. Way less cheating on console and a much fairer fight online. Pc's have way too much cheating to be any fun.
Up until that point I was a pc only gamer. I followed ms into the console race for two reasons. One the promise of online play, two I wanted MS combat flight simulator on console. However the online was just top notch and held onto me, but my number one game I wanted never came. Still waiting for that game today lol. Never regretted flowing Microsoft into the console. So many games should have followed and still could fellow if they just see what they'd still have in the vault. Other then...
There is some fun games on obx but Damn there is still afew Xbox 360 games I'm waiting for.

I don't know in a lot ways I can see them getting 3m in less then two years. Heck if it's a smash hit less then a year if not even the first week. Plus the way it sounds Scorpio will still be much alive in to next gen. More a base model going forward into the new gens. Have your low system to high. They going forward to match pc high and low systems model.
For all we know it can be a E3 with nothing but games and at the very end show off Scorpio, price and date while saying everything you seen tonight was on Scorpio and walk away with a surprise exclusive game playing to end the show.
I still can't let go of the Xbox store combining with the pc store this fall. Maybe wishful thinking, but i wouldn't be fully surprised if Scorpio went to a steam style machine. If its one store this fall, it just looks like they gave a big heads up no one talks about.

I see it like a pc. They can support both the weakest and strongest hardware in one shot. If pc can do it all wrapped up in one game so can consoles. Best part is they done have a unlimited amount of middle hardware to make sure work to. Low and high end. Pc can do it and still sell at a lower price there is no reason consoles can't do itand master both low and high end consoles without anymore trouble then they already have.
All that Xbox has to do is open it up to all. Get pc and maybe Nintendo on board and make it normal for all games from here on out. Then Sony will be the ones way behind and left out. Sony will sooner or later have but no choice or die. All Xbox has to do is open it up and keep it open and they will be fine and the games will be a bigger place to play because of it.
