What are the chances that the console is stolen?
If the genuine owner has bought the Limited edition console, there is a very good chance they know what it is worth.

Seems odd to me though. From a consumer point of view. The people buying the consoles at this time of year, will more than likely be Parents buying them as presents.

I don't understand what people are complaining about at all. I have spent 13 hours in game so far. 5ish hours of that in the story, and the rest of it exploring, strikes, and messing around with friends. I am really enjoying it.
Who cares how much Activision spend on the franchise. At the end of the day it's no more expensive to buy than any other next gen game.
And they already have free content coming.
I am not overly fussed about comparing GTA 5 to another game. I didn't get a chance to play it on the 360 due to time. But I will be picking it up when it comes out on PS4. I have a feeling I will be spending a lot of time between it and Destiny. Really looking forward to it.
I think the main reason for this is to keep the game fair. Take fifa for example. Countless XML and PSN accounts are stolen every day so the hackers can scam the credit card and buy fifa points, buy player packs and trade them off for real money. There are a few websites you can go to to see examples of this and buy players.
Now if weapons, armour and resources were tradeable. It would give a new group of games for these dishonest scumbags to target.
