10 dollar upgrade is not shameless. Part 1 was because it was full priced no upgrade. It's optional.
It's ten dollars. What part 1 should have been. So i think that's reasonable. If your complaining about 10 dollars, you got more issues than an optional upgrade.

It's not on older hardware, so that's why it seems less. No ps4/xbox one versions.
Tekken is on the horizon. Profits will go back up. But honestly, armored core is not as big as elden ring or any other souls game. To me, Robots just don't have the same impact as the enemies in souls/bloodborne, elden. Robots feel lifeless. Just my opinion. I never met anyone who said armored core ranks in their top games. I was suprised they made it. It wasn't needed and they could have focused on bloodborne 2, sekiro 2 or anything other than armored. Stupid decision.

Poor offerings
Vrr should fix ps5 version. I use vrr with everything, especially on xbox as it has LFC for every game. Ps5 games at 60fps will work with vrr to compensate for the drops. Shouldn't be noticeable on ps5.

Remember this all started with that new president who thankfully is leaving. He had the final say in what projects go forward with first party Studios. Rumor is naughty dog didn't want live service titles either. Plus covid impacted everything. Charging 69.99 for the last of us remake, which was just graphical, was insane and honestly i knew at that point he was not playstation material. He was all about money.
