I don't think anything is wrong, other than what's been stated, and the obvious things not stated. If this means a better game, plus a less crowded month/competition, the delay is a positive, not a negative. That's how I see it.

Not gonna happen. They will get the sales of current gen and backwards compat. newgen consoles. Then sometime in 2021 you'll see an enhanced version, and only after all the expansions release.
Not to mention the amount of extra money booking some of these people would cost that could go elsewhere. Like I said, having talented actors/actresses that are high profile do voice acting is one thing, using their 1:1 physical likeness is another thing altogether.

I kinda hope their aren't anymore, the game imo doesn't need Hollywood actors/actresses to be amazing. Voice acting is one thing, but to see famous actors in games can be distracting, to use that buzzword, it breaks immersion.
No surprise that IGN (LOL seriously they are a meme) gave Days Gone 6.5/10, and even Gamespot (which is only marginally better than IGN sadly. No, VTMB 1 was FPP *and* TPP. They have yet to say whether this game will use FPP exclusively. A few of the screen shots appear to be FPP. If they're sticking to the release date of Q1 2020, We should see a gameplay premiere at this years E3. It would their chance to show off the game to a larger audience, VTMB 1 was/is more of a niche title, albeit with a very strong cult following that has grown over the past 15 years. We're lucky and fortunate this game is even being made!

I get it, but tbh, as long as it's not cut content, I mean it's been 15 years, fans want as much as they can get, we've waited what feels like forever, and there was a good chance we'd never see another VTM game. I would usually be against this but f**k it, as long as the game is good, and again the content is new and not stripped form the game, I all for it.
Damn shame one of the best RPGs arguably of all-time doesn't even make top. Might be too early to know how good it's going to be but damn, show some love. It's been 15 years, no one thought we'd see another VTM game. With the original writer, I'm hyped. 2019-2020 are going to be insane with so many games.

This is fantastic news! The whole thing could have turned into a nightmare scenario for CDPR and the fans. I also like the part where it hints at some potential future collaboration, maybe Sapkowski in his glorious stubbornness has finally accepted that games have their place in art and deserve some respect. After the popularity, good sales and praise RE2 Remake has received I'm hoping that Capcom creates a RE3 remake I saw that they stated if the fans wanted it that they'd do it so it's looking like we'll be getting RE 3 Remake! The Nemesis would be awesome.
Speaking of remakes - Although RE4 has had HD versions and still looks pretty good considering its age I'd still like to see a remake using this engine that's powered RE7 and now RE2 remake.

GOG has had some great sales recently. I definitely recommend gamers on PC to check it out, and they offer more modern games now than ever if you're not a big fan of older games. If you are someone who enjoys the classics/old-school games, GOG is the best digital store out there with great support, lots of extras and regional pricing.
All of these demos are shown running on high-end PC's, devs have been doing this for as long as I can remember. Unless it's stated verbally or on screen 'the following footage was captured on PS4 Pro/Xbox X' etc. you can bet it's running on PC.
