Well , they sure made the right decison's since PS1 & PS2 sold millions.
Regardless of what features it has anyway, they still have a strong line of game companies under thier wing that devolop games which sell's consoles.
Same with MS.
Sony focus on features they can put in the ps3 whilst the devs are making thier games.
Back in the days when PS2 was the dogs bollocks , they couldnt do much. Maybe i'm wrong , meh , they sure did use the money on advertising though.
Of all things to delay.........

*remembers how Polyphony have insider tech knowledge from Sony*
*remembers GT's powerful franchise*

Well , you know how steam let you take part in the beta when you pre-order a game , simple because you've already bought the game.
I want Prologue to be my beta. Then i'd probably send it off or something once the full GT5 comes out. (I'm buying the disc version)

What would have been sweet is if they got sony to create a pre-ordering negotiation with the retailers (OR through they're online shop), I'd gladly pay £40 for the full game and receive the Prologue for free.

I haven't played WOW so i have no idea what it's like. But then again they should study the product closely on why its so good.
Although i haven't played any SOE games.........i can pretty much say they love making different games as opposed making a super franchise and continue to make sequels for the game.
But then AGAIN i don't like MMO's 'cause all you really need to complete the game is consistency , not SKILL.
I'm pretty sure PS3 gamers want 360 games , not the console.
I'm definitely getting the PSN and PS3 version's of this game.

I have a feeling this is something to do with the SwordFish studio guys. Rein said the same thing when he visited them and also said that the way they was using Unreal 3 engine is a step up of what they have released so far.
PS3 will obviously dominate in '08.
Whoever thinks otherwise is denying reality.
If they manage to put XMB into the store , we'll have a unique and user-friendly store in our PS3's soon.
