That's a glitch with PSN servers happens with most games! What exactly happens is your PS4 checks all the files installed on the system and compares them with what's on the server during the "Preparing" process and if you force download without waiting on the preparing or your connection just gets out of it "time out sort of thing" it just starts the whole thing over, How do I know?
