i honestly think a new MH game for Vita would be nice and feel more comfortable. I mean, it has a better processor and overall hardware (and screenshots without the obligatory online + Miiverse post on the new 3DS would make screenshots more easier).
I couldn't care too much about graphics as long as they dish out stable 60 fps (new 3DS has a way more stable fps than the old model but occasional fps drops from 60-30 fps are noticeable in rare cases).

There's a new Nobunaga's Ambition port for the Vita but it's for Japan at the moment. Hopefully it would get localized. I'm a big fan of Total War titles and by its trailer it felt like playing Total War on handheld instead of a PC (turn-based management but the battles has RTS elements)
