If it's not just another iteration like the pro, they should hold off till most of their huge blockbuster games release on ps4 so they don't cannibalize their sales spikes. That said, if the games are all compatible with all 3 machines for the start they could get away with it.
That's never a bad plan, but this game never got a pro patch. It still looks exactly the same, but feels like it holds the framerate cap much better with boost mode.

They are the exact opposite of cheap. With patience, some pattern recognition, and a little strategy they are manageable. If you died, it was almost certainly YOUR fault.
I liked prey, but even dishonored 2 is way better in my opinion. Mankind divided seemed like a pretty poor game, i was super bored after a few hours. Maybe ill give it another go when i have time. Witcher 3 was excellent though. Amazing story and above average combat, plus Gwent is sweet. Definitely on the same tier as bloodborne.

Makes me stupid. I never pre order games, yesterday i dropped $90 On psn so i get free $15 back and FC5, FC3, and all the DLC. I just hope the 3 dlc packs are good, since they can be pretty weak.
Just recycle some stuff and make more ammo. I played it slow and gathered a lot of stuff, I'm sure others played differently though.

It's launch year vs launch year. They are using 2014 ps4 numbers.
This is just comparing the first year of ps4 sales, its switches current year vs ps4 launch year. Ps4 is doing much more than it was the first year, it sold 21 million in 2017.
This is the future of gaming, I doubt we'll ever be rid of all these MT's.

I like my switch, but $300 Is a more realistic price. I can't imagine it would have had nearly the same impact at $600.
Zelda and to some extent Mario were amazing games, but for my tastes there just isn't much to look forward to. I'm hoping metroid will look good when they eventually show more than a splash screen.

That is a dedicated GPU, the Xbox 1x has to share that memory and pipeline with the CPU.

That sounds like a reasonable prediction. I hope metroid is slated for this year too, and that its really good, since Nintendo aren't developing it themselves. Maybe the surprise is eternal darkness 2?
