Here come my disagrees...
A serious question. Did Left 4 Dead have 4 Player co-op for split screen? I think it was 2, but I could be wrong.
And if Left 4 Dead does only have 2 for split screen, then this game may end up having one small thing that "tops" Left 4 Dead.
People could end up buying cause it could be fun. You know, fun? The whole purpose of the existence of video games. You want incredible on screen graphics? Watch a Pixar movie. You want an great story? Read a book. You want to have some plain fun? Play a video game.
Yep, and I'm still a fan despite watching the bullpen explosion a couple of days ago.
Left 4 Dead Wii? I would have taken a port from Valve. But a different game from the guys who are making The Conduit? Even better.
Nothing wrong with an 8.
If it's all Miyamoto's idea, then I fully support it and I think it has a chance at being incredible.
If this is real, then Sev is gonna end up with an HJ from almost every N4G user.
And if it's fake, then he will be giving HJ's to every N4G user.
A mature game sounds good. But I hope it's different from MadWorld. Hopefully this one isn't a straight beat em' up game.
Real mature, buddy.
But then again, hardly anyone on N4G is mature.
Looks like fun.
Modern day Metroid Prime with swords? Sound's good so far.
I love the RTTS mode in MLB 09 The Show. Although it can be frustratingly difficult for me at times, I still think every game should have a mode like that.
Hiphopgamer went from bashing 360, to bashing PS3, to bashing IGN.
Although he may have a slight point. IGN is an ad heavy site that pay's for some exclusive things for hits and so on. But people have been managing to find way's to hate all big name sites, like GameSpot, Kotaku, 1UP, and now IGN.
Don't worry HipHopGamer, if your piece of crap site does get a reader base nearly as large as IGN's, you too will find yourself flooding it with ad's and paying for exclusiv...
No offense to you, but almost every PS fan around here is an idiot. I mean, the guy you are replying to has 5 agrees.
I really hope this thing lives up to the hype. I know everyone is talking about how this thing will fail, but all the hands-on impressions have been relatively positive.
I don't think it will completely drive out the consoles. The consoles themselves have plenty of first and second party games to keep me buying them. Gears and Halo for 360, Resistance and Killzone for PS3, and Mario and Zelda titles for Wii.
I've always wanted to try PC gaming, but I have a laptop t...
I thought this was way more then what Nintendo did at GDC last year.
Everyone needs to realize that Nintendo at E3 has to be good. Because there is no way they can do worse then last year.
And what if I don't have a credit with ton's of cash to buy games with? As hyped as I am, and as much potential as this has, I'm not going to my parents to ask for their credit cards to buy games. No thank you.
I like the character re-design. The story seems interesting, even though it is generic. But they did make some good points about a lot of good story's seeming generic at first.
For some reason, I don't seem to enjoy the campaign in FPS game's too much anymore. I liked Call of Duty 4's campaign, and Killzone 2 had a fun campaign as well. I'm a much more multi-player focused guy, though. One of my biggest needs in a video game is replay value.
Less fun more realism. Great idea.
