At least the game is yours even if your psn plus expires. Though I'd rather purchase a physical copy of any great game I want to own even if it costs me a bit more since I can keep it with me for a long time.
Buy one, you won't regret it. My Vita never leaves my side and I take it anywhere I go. Just make sure you buy a large memory card so you can take along the majority of free games with you.
The psp is still better for ps1 and different types of emulators at a fraction of the price of the s3 along with a moga controller. I was gonna buy a moga for my android phone but I realized the cost of this setup just to play classic games. Also android phones tend to eat up a lot of battery and I'd rather save energy for more important uses.
I think the Xbox one is completely capable of 1080p and 60fps, it would be stupid for MS to release a new console where 1080p is the standard resolution for new games. Games will look better in later game releases for both consoles.

It can't be helped since games from each region have their own unique characteristics like design and gameplay. It's like comparing food from different countries. Speaking of food I forgot to have lunch.......
I just wish they would have made the internal memory bigger! Since they could have put any other type of flash memory inside. I can live with only using one type of memory in the newer vita but at least they could have given us bigger internal memory. I have psn plus and I want almost all the free games installed on my vita.

That's why it's important to have different classes in each team. Scouts aren't gonna be much of a headache if you don't run and gun in this game.

As a Sony fan I thank the Xbox for giving Sony a rival. Competition between these 2 always benefits us consumers.
The problem with smartphones is the same with pc's. They don't have a unified architecture so most games don't perform at more optimized levels. Consoles don't have that problem and doesn't need superior hardware most of the times.

I can actually think of a way that kinect can be used in a game. It can be used in a horror game where if it detects that you are relaxed or not scared it can trigger an event that will scare you.

I've always heard that the 360's controller was better for fps, then again the DS3 is better for fighting games. I don't really have a problem with the DS3 on both types of games, the only thing I didn't like about the DS3 was the triggers which can be addressed by buying a clip-on to raise the trigger height.

I agree, oh and even if the Titan is more powerful it's the pricing that will make the r9 more popular. Remember that both companies make the most money on low and mid end graphic cards. Very few people can actually afford a high end expensive rig. If the R9 is enough to play the majority of pc games on the highest settings then they'd settle for that.
I honestly think that adding hdmi out would inflate the Ps Vita price. There's a service in Japan that install's video out capability on the Vita for $200. The Vita Tv is a good compromise and with the low price I think it's a real winner.

Digital ain't too bad, though I still prefer physical copies too. Digital is the only way I can play my old psp and ps1 games on my Vita. I have been of that Sony can make cartridges of psp games for the vita since I always feel my money's worth with a physical copy.
I'd rather not pay $300 for a device that plays a lot of shovelware. The Vita hasn't been shafted considering the amount of new games being announced for it. The Shield can't even get any major publisher and developer support since Android is a pirate infested platform. I love my Android phone but it's nowhere near as capable as my Vita and 3ds as far as gaming goes. Of course it's not equal since it's totally inferior to what dedicated console machines can do. 3DS and Vita owner here, best portable combo I've ever had. Nice to see Vita sales going up, which means I'll be looking forward to more games....then again I already have a huge backlog of games for both systems. This is the only time I've owned two current portable consoles since I find that they're both worth having.
