Well, between the power of the what the Scorpio will achieve and power of Highend PCs, yeah It kinda breaks the wall, I know I know that you can buy 2 GTX 1080s and It'll have a significant lead over the Scorpio, but most PC gamers can't play at 1080p/60fps or 4K even, according to Steam's statistics, 0.07% of people play games at NATIVE 4K resolution, so that tells you something, even the standard PS4 is more powerful than most PCs out there.
I think It's hypocritical, Sony is damage controlling right now.
Now before someone gets all emotional and disagrees, didn't Sony say that gaming at '1080p' makes you a better gamer? Now all of that have been reversed.
