Whether the game launches or not is irrelevant. It's already a more full fledged experience than most games that hit the market. There is an insane amount of content in the current build.

If you don't think XSX will launch with multiple first party games as well as the multiple third party exclusives that have already been confirmed you are a fool.

I understand wanting to honor someone who died unjustly but the dude was a career criminal who once held a pregnant woman at gunpoint while he robbed her home. He was also on drugs when everything went down. This was not an upstanding black citizen. What you are experiencing is typical to what would happen if you weren't running the game on an SSD. It has been specifically reworked for SSD's and will provide these kinda results on a standard pancake drive.
I don't have the frame rate issues (playing on X1X) however the res drop is definitely noticeable and not sure what the hell they did to the damn mirror, Looks like I am driving out of the depths of hell.
