Konami is never gonna pay anywhere near close to what FIFA wants. I don't even think for a second Konami is thinking about buying the FIFA license. they are however aware that whatever they do next year will be deciding the future of PES or EFootball
@evertonFC Konami isn't going to pay Fifa for the brand. they will never pay anywhere near close to what FIFA wants. and they just started their new "free" to play format. Fifa got too greedy and EA was underperforming. end result will probably be the end of FIFA games. at least for a while. Konami will take this opportunity to dominate with pes. and EA will bring out their own football game. I think this is good it was about time for a change in pace.
true that's what worries me the most. you are correct they will be making less money. so what will happen when investments stop and games have to actually make a profit again. there is less money spread around more games. this can only result in lower budgets for the games.

it's one of the most successful games ever, especially since FUT. i mean yes EA is shit and FIFA just wants money. but the game is/was an endless gold mine.
I'm noticing a theme going on here. but they don't really come close to top 10 of a list like this.
what comparing it to the humble bundle that's a new one. and game pas you cant compare to ps now. which I would agree on game pass is better. but PlayStation plus can only be compared to Xbox Live. they are the most similar. but Game Pass in my opinion is for the more casual player. and the question is how long will they invest into it. and in the long run is it going to harm game development because they probably be working on a lower budget when the investments stop.
@fortwaba they did use bots to fill the lobbies. even though there were enough players there were always bots added. i think they just wanted to test them out see how they would function on a larger scale.

I think the gunplay is a 6 at best. the feel of it and everything. it's basically doing everything worse than the previous title. far cry is just getting worse every game they release. and you do notice they tried to change it. basically same Ubi did with assassin creed. I understand they want to change the game so it isn't just releasing the same mechanics every time. but maybe you are just better of making a completely new game instead of trying to ride on the name far cry.

don't know if you know this but there is no difference in quality in cutscenes and gameplay GOW uses this in its advantage to seamlessly switch between gameplay and cutscene. they do the same with spiderman. spiderman has created a following of its own so it's not only marvel fans who enjoy and play this. there is just something so satisfying swinging through a city like that.

you don't have to dig deep to figure out it's a puzzle game. there is a side mode where you can build what you want.
but the main mode is a puzzle game if you don't notice it you won't get far. its gets boring pretty quick in my opinion not many options and it's just using the same strategy in different spaces. avoid woodcutting buildings mostly and try to cluster everything in groups together.
also who the hell still hopes for GTA v. it's already been in two generations' release 6 already.

yes it will be. the amount they have shared is enough to make this claim. you do know we just started this decade right we are almost like 2 years in. and we have barely seen any actual gameplay.
