The PS3 is selling better than PS2, and the Xbox 360 is selling marginally worse than Xbox 1. The 360's problem is noone except me and other Americans buy it, and that significantly hurts their potential, especially with a large majority of Sony fanatics being American.

Despite the logical reasons he/they gave, this was still a bad decision. Sony put themselves in a position which they can't fail.
Sony's power in the film industry is extremely relevant, and they used this to push themselves into "dominance", delaying PS3 to equip it with a Blu-ray was their best decision.

The worst mistake young franchises like this can have is comparing themselves to the biggest franchise in their respective genre, albeit from a third party, example of this would be Killzone vs. Halo(doomed it before it even released).
This game will be completely different from GTA, and doesn't deserve the comparisons, because it has it's own individuality.

I already do that, and is part of the reason I view people with beliefs of 360 being superior in ANY way as stupid, ignorant, and uninformed. Nothing wrong with 360, but people have this mindset that 360 can compete with PS3 on performance, and it has nowhere near the technical ability of PS3.
I have nothing against Microsoft(I own a 360), but when that rumor was posted earlier, I thought that would be the end of gaming for Microsoft.

Face it, Microsoft doesn't have the giant fanbase they wish or believe they do, this would be a terrible decision, and I could see no way for them to make money out of it. At least that is my opinion.
They should put those BD movies on PSP2(or whatever), but not movies(just for games). Include a hard drive so you just save movies to your PSP2.
Looks like a nice feature, it sure is good knowing that Sony can keep adding practically anything they want to the PS3 if it's something their customers want. I really hope they do implement that in-game XMB display, something I really miss when playing my PS3.
I think the only reason that this is the title is because N4g rules say you have to put the same title as the one on the news, unless it doesn't make sense to do so.
Bottom line, EA sucks, and I'm not buying their junk until they take an honest approach at delivering quality titles and not just making money.
That is the point, these games are supposed to be "next-gen", but they still contain bugs and crap that was around on PS2.

I was definitely getting this for my PS3 to begin with. But now, I don't see why anyone with a capable PC would even want a 360 honestly. My PC is obviously not capable, but hopefully this game is as good as they're hyping it to be, I'm not so sure.

Thank you, saved me from typing as much as I was gonna. '08 is PS3's year, I've said this before. Microsoft's advantage with Halo 3 is undeniable this holiday. But, Mass Effect and Bioshock aren't going to do anything spectacular for the 360 sales.

This is exactly what most experts expected, the 360 to outsell PS3 with in NA with all EA's Xbox publicity lately. Although I believe a lot of people including myself thought Microsoft would move more systems with Madden and Bioshock.
