Yeah, even thought this version looked interesting - I glad the refreshed the series. It was getting stagnant at the time.
It was so revolutionary at the time - the GC version was just so gorgeous.
I think RE4 is the game I've replayed over and over more than any other. Maybe with the exception of Goldeneye. :)

I can't wait for this - looks so, so good. Vita is perfect for JRPG's for me, as it means I actually get to spend some quality time on them.

Some really interesting things in that piece that I never realised. Sounds like they must have spend a fortune on all those revisions - some of them were quite far along as well if I remember correctly.

I imported a copy of this myself - it's great fun - but the lack of Japanese knowledge is a big problem. There's loads of story in there. It's fairly similar to Yakuza in some ways - the combat is entertaining enough, but without the story it's kinda meaningless...
Goddamn, that was a really great read - but I'm not sure what to grab next...

I can be a bit of a game snob sometimes. I also hoard gae items too. My house in Skyrim had a cupboard with thousands of potions in them - mainly from power leveling my alchemy and enchanting.
My money was on Love Death too - I remember hearing about Custom Maid and the penis peripheral.
I'd be fascinated to know how many of those things have been sold!

Love this game, great to see it revisited - as hardly anyone I know has even heard of it as it didn't get an EU release.
Well worth importing and definitely up there with the best the DS has to offer.
Between God Eater, Toukiden, Ragnarok Odyssey Ace and PSO2 - Vita has some really nice alternatives to Monster Hunter now.
