-Which PC games? There have not been any good PC games in the last few years (and this is from an old PC gamer). PC has been dead for a long time now. And this PC resolution thingy, it doesn't make a game look great.

PC version looks great as well but I prefer my cozy sofa, 40' HDTV, 5.1 Surround system and a controller which actually has a trigger for shooting and thumbsticks for moving. Mouse and keyboard are so unnatural and 90's, reminds me of playing the first Quake.

Gran Turismo with guns would be almost as stupid as GT with damage! No really! Am I the only one who really thinks that Gran Turismo is a DRIVING simulator, NOT a crashing simulator.
Damage is great in games like Burn Out etc, but it doesn't belong to the GT series. It's all about driving, not crashing. I hope they won't do it because it will surely delay the game even more. People should understand that if damage ever comes to GT, it won't be like flying peaces of metal and hug...

Now it's 14m, soon it's 25m, then 40m then 70m and so on. If M$ is going to launch a new console in 2011, who will make games for it when there's 70-100m PS3 owners??!! But this is if the PS3 continues to sell like PS2. The next christmas holiday season will prove a lot! We'll see.
And BTW. There is only about 13-16m Xbox360 owners as 30% have bought a new one when the old one got RROD (as my friend had last week).
I don't get why the PS3 could not sell 100mil this gen. Look at the sales tracks. The PS3 has sold exactly as the PS2 did in the first 1½ years.

My point was this: The sales of desktop PC's is low and declining year after year. And when there is fewer and fewer PC's out there (plus the piracy) there will be fewer and fewer games to PC's. Game developers have already moved to console gaming and the same thing continues.

The thing is this my friends and some of you allready know this. The sales of normal desktop PC's is declining year after year. All the major manufacturers know this. The reason is simple: Laptops! Laptops rule the markets. Laptop/notebook sales are increasing all the time.
The truth is that after 2 or 3 years, only desktops they sell are some industry desktops to some companies but they also are moving to so could "blade pc's" which are situated in some IT hosting companies....
Laptop's are getting more and more popular in the coming years and because of that the desktop PC's die completely.
Consoles will be like home entertime systems with games, bluray, intenet, downloads and they are connected to your laptop all the time. Still all the work (writing, internet etc) you do with your laptop but it's not going to be for gaming. So basicly PC gaming will be dead! PC gaming is almost dead already. This is only because it's too expensive, constant upgrades and it doesn't drive the game developers to invent better and more efficient graphic engines. But nothing ever dies completely. There will always be some jerkks who want to stay with PC's.

I like these PS3 European adds and I am an European my self. So I think these kind of adds work better here than in the US. Just look at the sales figures. These adds remind me of Apple's adds. There's something classical and beautiful in these PS3 adds. It's something so much more than just a console with games.
And btw. America is not the biggest market for the PS3. EU is. And with the starting depression in the US, you have to sell everything so cheap, so the margins go down....
