I agree in no way should a Dev get away Scott free with a bug riddled game. Gears of War 2's reputation have been tattered thanks to it's shortcomings.
COD is not a game that does any thing seriously realistic. Like somebody said it's a freaking arcade game.
For one a gun that shoots 9mm rounds will not do more damage then a .45.
Weapon practically have unrealistic and fake recoils.
Made up weapon damages.
A real chest plate body armor can absorb 4 ak rounds or more depending on the armor.

The port is an embarrassment. When you are averaging 25 fps during gameplay when the game is suppose to be at 60 fps or close it's a disaster.
They are probably using all SPU like Naughty Dog did when they stated using 100% of PS3 power. They meant SPU use, there is always room for optimizations.
