No, they're not accurate. However, their guesses have been much better lately. That being said, I do believe their numbers are pretty close this time.

I closely observed both and found it extremely hard to see any difference when playing. I finally decided to purchase the PS3 version due to the D-Pad; the game looks and plays great! I just read Gamespot's review and they said there is virtually no difference between the two versions.

It's a multiplatform game - they're made to be as close as possible. If you want to see the best a system can do look to exclusives.

Power of Green - Three shades of color? I quess you're just speaking with your eyes closed. The PS3 had a slow start, I agree, but is performing well now. Uncharted and R&C make your statements about color just plain stupid. Why are you so blindly following MS? I have both systems and enjoy a lot of quality games on each. However, I give the nod to PS3 for its quality, proven current/future games and excellent potential. I've already had to replace my 360 once.

I'm planning to buy the game sometime prior to Christmas.

I'm thinking about buying Mass Effect as well. I'm not much for RPG's, I need fast action. Hopefully Mass Effect won't be boring. As for games, the PS3 had a slow start for sure but the games are rolling in now. No one with clear thinking can deny the awesome games coming--Uncharted,UT3, MGS4, FF and others. Don't give up on your PS3 yet, there is a lot of great gaming to be had.

I have both systems as well, but favor the PS3. I already returned my Xbox 360 once and hope I don't have to again. I love Gears, Bioshock and the Orange Box. I also love Heavenly Sword, R$C, RFOM, and looking forward to Uncharted. I also chose the PS3 version of COD4 - great game, plays great. Overall the PS3 is a better quality system. I'm no Sony fanboy, and rarely post on any forums. Just calling as I see it.

Cheers.

Thanks. Great review! I think I'll be adding this to my PS3 library.

Proud owner of PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. I have the most games on the 360 but I favor the PS3. Game on.

"Don't take this to mean that I didn't enjoy the game; it's something that I highly recommend, but it's just not as polished as it should have been. While it looks utterly amazing, the frame rate drops to sluggish levels in both versions of the game - usually while free-running on roof tops - and the PS3 game suffers from a slightly less than great frame rate during most of the game. There's also noticeable tearing in both versions of the game. It's not enough to put you off the game, bu...

How do you turn off the Info Board?

I have both systems and can say without bias they are both great. You sound like you're getting a paycheck from Microsoft. Surely you can recognize the potential of the PS3, just look at whats been accomplished so far--COD4, Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank, Heavenly Sword, and Killzone 2, to name a few. This is a great time for gamers, be glad for the compition. Sometimes I think biased fanboys just don't have the funds to get the system they're harping on.

I own both systems and can truthly say both rock! A lot of Xbox fanboys doubted the PS3, and for good reasons. However, there shouldn't be any questions now--the PS3 is the real deal. If, you have the cash pick one up and play all the great games. By the way, COD4 looks a little better on the PS3, but really too close to call. It really depends on what pitures or videos you're looking at.
