I've heard this rumour before, if true I imagine MS only have patent on this for consoles not handhelds, hence why its on vita and not PS3.

It wasn't a great game but there's no reason why it shouldn't be included in the collection. Perhaps its an emulation issue? Who knows.

I never moved over to 360 I just moved to steam, and I'm not really sure I'll use my PS3 all that much any more. AS a Huge PlayStation fan boy ever since the first PS I have to admit this outage has caused me to lose patience and question my loyalty to Sony.
At a time when console games are starting to show their age a little on both systems(sub hd, iffy resolution etc) this outage made it so much easier for me to appreciate PC gaming a whole lot more.
