Where did they say it would only display depth ONLY in POSITIVE Z (positive parallax = image appears behind screen)... I did not see anywhere in the article where it said they were not capable of displaying NEGATIVE Z (negative parallax = image appears in FRONT of screen)
There is no reason why the TV would not be able to display images that "pop out" at you. All it takes is negative parallax (the left eye details presented to the RIGHT eye, and vice versa)
