i see no jaggies, which means it might be the high poly sculpt, not in game poly character, which means upwards of a million+. One day, video hardware will not have to sacrifice polygons for performance. thats the kind of world i would like to live in.

I keep thinking about this. The sound and music in games is taken for granted. I hear how a game had such a good feeling and atmosphere, but never acknowledgement of the music that creates the atmosphere. It's really curious how taken for granted it all is. When you imagine your favorite moments in gaming, the sound and music are associated with that vision in your little mind. Music is powerful in that way. Compare movement of color to that of sound.

That's so fucking unhealthy.

Instead of awkward, badly voiced, written, unbeliable and cliche "campaigns," that money could go into better training so these kids learn how to be useful on a team of players.

I would like to take the opportunity to say that as this disgusting symptom continues, it will be given to the game developers to better educate and train their players for the mechanics of the game.

As older gamers face less experienced ones, one half will have the advanta...

Fuck censorship.

There should be a news story that reads, "Videogame modding cut in favor of DLC, Pay for what you could have made with a good mod" or something in that regard.

and there would be a full analysis of how you cannot create your own levels and scenarios, type up your own story, create your own weapons with specific attributes, etc. because that would extend the life of a game indefinitely, where as there is a business model such as in call of duty where if you want new ...

I am ashamed to admit how much influence these bad reviews have on me. never tried haze, for example, because of what i heard.

hey, it sounds pretty interesting to hear a positive perspective on games that would be considered bad by the mainstream. im checking this guy out.

what do you mean "better on ps3?" why not

"better then Black ops?"

4793d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

hackers jailbreak hardware so that they can create programs for it. If it is a closed platform, like ipods, ps3s, etc, then it will be hacked. if it is an open platform, like android, linux, etc there is no need to hack.

pirates want to pirate. hackers want to hack.

what you have seen or not seen is irrelevant.

Only if it got HACKED! zing.

4797d ago 0 agree2 disagreeView comment

its people like the hackers that develop this technology. its people like you that ... never mind.

p.s. since the hackers "ruined" "it" you can now code freely and make more of "these projects" without asking for permission from your sony overlords, tool.

I had the same idea.

The hanging body idea is COOL when you look at it.
maybe its a character that chose to take his life instead of letting the zombies eat him or dealing with the horrifying prospect of survival in such a nightmarish scenario.

what is the sense of censoring though?

If everyone would just start pirating then none of this would be the issue it is.

@Blacktar187 actually you hit something on the nail. why would i charge for my art? do i not want people to see/hear/whatever it is?
if i charged money for my art, how would anyone see it Considering art is not a requisite for, and most of the planet has enough for just that?) does not everyone have a right to access of information? i hope they take the art and multiply it and share it.

but mainly, this is the issue i have come to understand about this entire joke: do...

not little, i could be considered an adult by anyone that matters, and spoiled as much as anyone else with parents in a decent job that has not been lost by the collapsing economy. i just don't confuse myself into thinking that i will be on a high and mighty alter supporting the good fight by paying for a game, as if this argument will better humanity in any conceivable way. its the *least* of what may be wrong or right with the world and how it functions today. games are not important. t...

damn straight. you finally understand the basic principal. does that anger and frighten you? dont call me names, precious fellow human. you're so defensive of this system instead of moving to completely abolish and restructure it, and i think thats cute. like people were furious at the suggestion that the earth is a cube.

I love pirating. I will never stop doing it and hack/mod with the tools other people develop for me to use. If I have money and play a game that I appreciate, I will pay for it to show support. If the video game companies do not want me to play their game without paying, then they can find a way to stop me and everyone else that pirates, otherwise find a different way to profit.

if you benefit by stealing and get away with it, and use the money on other things, good. i choos...
