Guys we've already been over this. Developers need to price their games higher to take advantage of all of the power of current gen consoles:

Voice actors, high-res textures, 3D models and cinematic effects aren't cheap.
uh oh, looks like the bioshock movie got put on hold:

Are you for reals?!?
One thing is for sure, the graphics in the demo are off the hook.
Not sure if I would buy the full game though
A Zelda movie would be incredible, I hope they make it and it doesn't suck. The problem is all of the past video game movies have been terrible, so the odds are slim that they will actually put effort into making it good.
Awesome game and a fair review. I think there are tons of opportunities for games like this on PSN and I'd like to see more of them.
Please Microsoft don't let Natal get filled up with crappy shovelware like "Horsez" and "Imagine Schoolteacher".
Oh come on. You are not going to tell me with a straight face that Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is a different game from Freedom 2. It shares 85% of the same enemies, environments, and weapons!
The one problem I have with Capcom is that they keep releasing essentially the same game since the PS2! I mean, the same areas, mostly the same monsters, same controls etc.
I am really looking forward to a completely new, online monster hunter, preferably for the PS3.
Yeah, but what if that $100 game was worth the price because it was better and cost more to produce than a $60 game? If cheapskates all said "hell no I'm not paying more than $12 for a game" then we would be stuck playing cheap games with no voice acting, licensed music and other things that cost money.
I would rather play a kickass $100 game than a crappy $60 game, seems like better value for me.
Wow! Do you regularly pay those prices, or have you found ways around it?
Interesting arguments, but what happens when publishers start pricing even their crappy games just a little bit higher than usual, because hey, everyone else is doing it? I think that's what they call "price creep".
What a horrible name for a website...
The gaming press thinks Wet is going to suck too. check out the headline:

I am guilty of at least four things on that list. That explains why my team keeps losing lol.
Reviewer forgot to mention that this game is like crack. I can't stop playing, even though I suck bad.
That's exactly right -- peripherals are suddenly out of control. But the only reason companies do it is because it is a way for them to make additional money on top of software.
Weirdly, it seems to come in cycles, and it seems to be largely driven by Nintendo. Remember the R.O.B. and power glove?
Well --joshua--, if you go through 6 years of business finance in college and get a job at a respected wall street analysis firm, then you will get your check.
Wow, the lineup for 2010 is going to be insane. They even forgot to mention Mass Effect 2, Lost Planet 2, APB and Dante's Inferno, which I think all have the potential to be awesome.Developers are going to have to work a lot harder to get our attention in 2010, that's for sure.
I think that Brooksby is just bitter because his company made a mediocre game and it sold poorly. Fat Princess will sell much, much better than Burn Zombie Burn did.
