Everyone is love with it for no other reason is that it's from Sony. Sony is having a paid serviced as well and the hypocrites on here see no problem with it. I love my PS3 and xbox but have no love for a company, no matter who they are.
MS. Kinect, really. Who cares.. At least no controllers but really, yawn. Nintendo, well I have it, don't play it,kids don't play it, and Reggie is still an a$$. PS3 yawn again, mover or giant dildo, is crap, and 3d is still too early to really get into it and waste 3000 bucks. Except for the games all 3 shows pretty much yawnfest.
But still a 3 1/2 inch screen is still only a 3 1/2 inch screen. Plus 3d is not for me just yet and probably never will be.

I gotta get rid of my 52" screen to spend pocket cash ($3000) to get smaller screen. Also that way I can unhook my PS3 from my projector and watch movies in 2d on a smaller screen,where do I sign up for those crap.
Like I am gonna buy a $3000 42"tv and get rid of my 52" tv, besides I have my 1080p projector hooked up to my PS3 to watch movies on a 106" screen. I own both systems and willl not be going down that road, The samsung 55" model is $2800 and with 2 kids I would also require 4 glasses that are sold separately for another $1000. I already have a 52" Tv as well as a high def projector which we watch movies on, size is 106". So going 3d for me would be a complete waste of money.
Just like in Playstation's Home where a shirt costs $1, or a chair can cost up to $10. that is more ridiculous than this. BUT its the same thing, both yes BOTH companies are after money with these microtransactions and if you don't like it don't buy it. I certainly won't, and especially would never buy anything for Home.

After putting the game disc in about 50% of my downloads that already have been purchased for RB2 came in without a hitch,. ONly songs that have are kid friendly will be available. My kids are having a hoot with this version

A long time ago Sony fans ripped M$ for charging for themes and praised Sony for giving them away for free. Guess times have changed.
I will blame M$ for this one since they started the charging, Sony saw an opportunity to make a buck so they charge as well.
I personally wouldn't pay for any theme on any system but Sony's themes look nice and actually even their original theme (which is still the theme I use) looks much better as well. Hopefully we get some fre...
I find it funny though that you mentioned 90s on metacritic and then went into a naming 4 games on the PS3.
I went to metacritic to see for myself and 2 of those games scored lower than 90.
If your going to make a point and using a 90 as the benchmark, don't state games that are lower than your benchmark.

@blacktar I do own a wii as well but life doesn't give me enough time to play all 3 systems so mostly the kids play it, and every once in a while me and the wife will play it with them.

The biggest problem DICE/EA did was try to make their game to be the CoD killer. They have marketed this game like no other and have been targeting CoD players especially. Then they put this out and guess what, marketing disaster ensues. Sure its a beta, but when trying to attract gamers away from the competition, you should either put out a beta that makes "new" players want to make the switch or no beta at all.
