Right, this wasn’t a mistake, it was a calculated business move. Their fans were and still are being taken advantage of. Being regretful was always part of their plan.

CDPR will never garner the same kind of respect (to say the least), and with their image dragged through the mud sales will suffer on every game they release in the foreseeable future. I got to the end of Sekiro, just before the final boss battle, and quit without even attempting it. The game up to that point was amazing, but I have no desire to spend multiple hours dying to a single boss. That’s not my idea of fun.
