Personally I'm quite used to playing FPS on the iPhone. Gameloft really nailed a decent control scheme with Modern Combat and NOVA.
I have no trouble seeing 3D but it doesn't do much for me in terms of adding to the experience tbh.
Can't argue with results. There were restrictions as to which legendaries you could use. I think Garchomp is a semi-legendary but it was allowed. Either way he utterly trounced that other kid.
Name's Keeley Hazell.
Major companies releasing games on the iPhone include but not limited to, EA, SEGA, Namco, Capcom, Gameloft, Activision and LucasArts.
4.7 million is staggering! I'd love to hear how much revenue in generated for retailers compared to say GTAIV considering that MW2 had its price slashed by over 50% by the major supermarkets.
To be fair it is an iPhone game dude. I bet it ends up costing like 5 bucks, for the price of a burger I'll probably get it.
I love how unashamedly tacky this is. I'm surprised the App Store let it through as a cursory glance of the official website reveals that it actually contains explicit nudity.
Does sound a lot like Nights, which is only a good thing.
Motion controlled games killed my family. Not really. But still... Go to hell motion controls!
To be fair it's not like nobody knew 3.0 was coming. It's probably more an administrative or approval process thing :)
The ammount of detail crammed in to a game less than 10mb is fully astounding. Best iGame so far?
Sorry, that should say "jam packed with humour..."
"We’ll also look at a sequel for Car Jack Streets in a month or so building from scratch on iPhone and really pushing for a Chinatown Wars level of production value and detail."
Sounds awesome.
This looks great, Inotia didn't really do it for me so very looking forward to this.
Even if it doesnt launch with Multi it cud always be added through an update, even that would be cool.
C&C if it has online multiplayer could be just amazing.
Jebus, my various antivirus software goes mental when I try to access this page. Gonna steer clear to be safe.
I find it terrifying that you didn't notice the huge tongue in his cheek. That LBP on 360 stuff was a joke, he was joking! The humour is very British but it's a UK-centric site. Some of you are so quick to point a finger and call people fanboys; like so many pitch fork wielding villagers on a witch hunt.
They are just games journalists who love games and are offering to give their OPINIONS. Please do chill out.
The review wasn't churned out lacking the multiplayer review just to get cheap hits with a "troll review".
It's because Sony UK only provided UK journos with a 30 minute session on the multiplayer and VideoGamer opted to add this to the review later once there is enough time to properly assess this element. Unlike other reviews which straight up don't mention that they only played multiplayer for 30 minutes...
