It would be a bad move on Insomniac's part in terms of creating a quality game
I've been to Philly many times, the areas near Temple University are terrible. Like how Cage described it, the houses are falling apart there are piles of trash everywhere....so much for the American dream. Those ghettos in Philly make the slums in my hometown of Chicago look like resorts. The houses here are at least intact and the streets are clean.
The only people who still buy Xboxes are people who don't do research or look into all the options when they buy a console.
