Ryse is an extremely linear game. Second Son is open world and that game is beautiful and mops the floor with it. KZ:SF is thought by many to be better than Ryse as well. You know what's the actual paradox? Crytek only focuses on graphics and they're not the victors in everyone's eyes.
But will Halo sell systems, or will it sell within the ones who already own the Xbone?
Price is not a big factor as you all might might think. It's their reputation. Free Titanfall + $450 price tag didn't give Xbox One lead. It's silly to think price is the most significant reason. People haven't forgotten the flabbergasting, ridiculous E3 fiasco.
Don't try to damage control. Where is the announcement for Titanfall sales? Generally, every company releases sales numbers within 24hrs, 1 week, or the minute their game cracks 1million sales.
Agreed. Don't forget exclusive Destiny content. Of course, that's probably not moving any consoles, but it will drive software sales for that title on PS4 for those who own both consoles.
The reason why I don't think they're doing the upgrade (assuming this is what they're thinking) is because this will be a "goty edition" or whatever you want to refer to it, since it has all the DLC. Technically, this is a different game. Similar to how you couldn't upgrade from Injustice to Injustice: Ultimate Edition.
Although, it would be cool if they somehow offered an upgrade like trade in physical copy at certain retailers and obtain a discount...
@Ripsta7th
If you're calling him stupid, then I don't see how you're any better. Why don't you both quit worrying about how x and y spend their own money?
@ Beaver
Yeah, I've been reading and I was almost certain it would be releasing for PS4, but I didn't want to get my hopes up in case the worst happened. Ever heard of that strategy?
Please surprise us with a PS4 release.
Can't wait to stream those MP matches, huh?
Kinda interested to see what they'll do with the touch pad. It'd be awesome if you can swipe it to switch items while creating and pressing it/holding it down to actually craft. Wanna stream those adrenaline-flowing MP matches.
Btw, I'm surprised that the Turkish Sony rep got it right. Demonstrates communication across the globe over at SWWS.
You know what would be awkward? If Rockstar actually ported GTA5 and TR, TLOU, and GTA5 duked it out again for goty.
The fighting mechanics seem to be better than THQ's UFC games. Hope they don't completely ditch Fight Night for this though. They should alternate releases or have different development teams.
Wonder when the demo is released?
@george
Ah, Puerto Rican. Yeah, sometimes you got to support your countrymen. I feel you. I think Cotto needed Roach. He's making him a bit more aggressive and back to the body-punching style back in his early days.
@BakPAin
I kind of wished that Sony would've signed with Golden Boy instead. I don't like Top Rank. Tbh, Golden Boy makes better matches imho.
Oh, the downgrade from 2012 in which PS4 was still two-thirds of a year away from being revealed? If you're talking about 2013, then there isn't too much to worry about. It looks fun and smooth either way. I'd rather like for them to sacrifice a bit of the gfx for better gameplay such as stable fps and and less glitches, considering the fact that the game already looks good enough.
And Alvarez made much more than what Pierre and Diaz made together. Let's not even mention how much Mayweather made.
@george
If Sergio shows up 100 percent ready, Cotto's face will end up bad. Look at what Sergio did to Pavlik. Anyway, it'll be a good fight. June can't come soon enough!
Isn't Sony's fiscal year almost over? I think that since they're starting a new one, and with the PS4 being ultra successful, they're laying off people to invest in PS Vita! Imagine that. A new start for the Vita to compliment the PS4's success.
Sony's best studio is ND hands down. I don't think Naughty Dog will be affected. I think that ND is so highly regarded, that they can make any decisions regarding their studio.
@ VeryNicePerson
You forgot The Fighter Within and Kinect Sports Rivals.
PS4, meanwhile has: MLB 14 The Show, DriveClub, The Order, Everybody's Gone to The Rapture, The Last of Us: Remastered, and several teased AAA games from the likes of Quantic Dream, Media Molecule, Sony Bend, SSM, Guerilla Games (team 2), etc on their way to PS4 with most having release windows.
