I could be wrong but I think he (if we assume "Will" is a he) was being facetious and was inferring that all 360 games are available through download due to the piracy factor.
At least that's what I got from his (not necessarily) tonge-in-cheek statement.
I could be wrong though.
Writing a Q&A is not as easy as you think. For the most part the questions are prepared WELL in advance of even playing the game and to get time with the actual developer takes a lot of manoeuvring with SCEE etc.
Do you ask the questions you think everyone is going to ask?
Do you try and ask slightly left of centre questions in order to perhaps obtain some new information?

The exact terms of the exclusivity deal are not public. It could be timed but, for the price they paid, I'm thinking that it's unlikely it will ever be on PS3.
I think this is a shame but, as other have said, I think PS3 fans will get by.

Ubiquitous means "everywhere" (actually, it means everywhere at once). Considering this new (very welcomed by the way) feature is only available for US users I think the title of the post is a bit, well, misleading, no?
I think the PS3 can "live" without Braid; especially with some of the other "smaller" titles you've mentioned but, that said, Braid has been pretty much lauded from every corner so I'm hopeful that we'll have it this year.
If anything simply so I can try it for myself and make up my own mind.
I suppose I could just buy it for the PC. Hmm ... or I could wait. It's not like I've nothing else to play!

It's actually very easy to get a lot of hits by posting flamebait on N4G. If anything, people actually feel the need to respond to blatant displays of contentious "news" which, ironically, drives up their heat and gives them undeserved attention.
It's nice to see real gaming news with facts and sources getting some notice for a change.

Maybe the disagree was because of the recent news that the PS4 will most likely use (an updated version of) the Cell architecture?
i.e. perhaps the PS4 won't be as difficult to program for due to the leverage the developers can use from their PS3 days?
I've also learned that there are people on this site that will auto-disagree with you if you are in ANYWAY (biased or not) supportive of one console over another.

The whole "plan" is to kill the 2nd-hand game trade-in model. Publishers HATE it. Digital distribution is their wet-dream.
