Most games by far, require day one patches to not run like shit. And don't "well ackchyually" me. You played this and that and bla bla without patches. Well good for you. They need it to fail because they can't handle their creeping sense of buyers remorse. If they don't want one, or can't afford one, then we're not allowed to buy one either.
It doesn't. It has extra power to render games at higher resolutions. It doesn't have the CPU power to make the jump from 30 to 60, assuming the CPU is the bottleneck, which more often than not will be on 30fps games.
