90% of 360 pirates I know don't care about xbox live so there not loosing $299 at all because you can still play pirated games on the 360 if its been banned but obviously not on xbox live. You say piracy isn't a religion, well neither is xbox live! believe it or not there are people out there who don't give a *** about xbox live.

No ones 'threatening' to switch platforms. Pirates want free games and theres no piracy on the PS3.
I'm on my third account then. I've had 2 ps3s ylod on me and didn't get chance to deactivate thoughs systems.
I really want to change my psn name to, I want sony to allow this. I would just go make another name but I have trophies I want to keep now, maybe in the future they will allow name changes with the 'premium account'

Not all recent games have this feature so its new for people that didn't know MW2 had it as its not really to be expected. I mean Uncharted 2 doesn't have this feature which is poor to say its an exclusive game for the PS3. All games should have cross game invites.
Like when people say the ps3 has ingame custom music or youtube support of ingame screenshots....wow like 2 or 3 games. Things need to get unified.
Yes I noticed it on mw2 and it works perfectly but tbh its unlikely other developers will do the same for future/upcoming games, even recent ps3 exclusive games don't have it this good (uncharted 2). I don't know why sony didn't make this feature mandatory when they made the trophies mandatory.
On xbox live, every game has this feature. You simply access your friends list and select a friend you want to invite to your game, that friend will get a message and via the message if they accept they get connected and put straight in the same game as you.
Regardless, if a friend sees you on a game and wants to join you, they can go to there friends list and click to join you, without you having to send them invite.

It people can't see why its a useful feature then your dumb. Even when the psn does get this feature though, live is still miles ahead with other feature such as unified friend join/invites feature which the psn will never get.
Or though the psn won't get unified friends invites, cross game chat will make this a whole lot easier as some games (most) having a completely shocking method of inviting friends. So with a private party chat then it all can be arranged a lot easier.

It was terrible when it first got released but after a recent update its not bad now but your better of just going to www.youtube.com/tv on the ps3s web browser.

I have the official bluetooth one also if people go for bluetooth its deffinately the one to get but I still prefer USB. Its not about the wires its about the quality for yourself and others, atleast with USB headset the mic is near the mouth unlike bluetooth ones that pick up all outside noise.
Noise reduction plastered all over the box is a load of bollocks. Thats why the overall quality of voice chat on the PSN is piss poor. Stupid idea to allow any headset to work on the ps...
