The more expensive one uses Dolby Pro Logic II, which is HORRIBLE. If you want a gaming headset for your console, it's the Astro A40, Astro A30, or Tritton AX720. These have the best sound quality and support Dolby Headphone which sounds vastly superior to dolby pro logic.

No, Left 4 dead 3 isn't coming to PS3 with Steam. It could come with STEAMWORKS, but those are 2 VERY different things. Steam is the platform used to distribute games, STEAMWORKS is steam cloud saving and steam achievements.
