@rick astley, PS3 informer also confirmed it was tears of blood. But i think they might have stolen the info from games blow. So i am thinking either games blow is one hell of a credible guy or ps3 informer is made up of noobs

47 million in sales = forza owned
Due to 360 large install base i expect 360 sales to outsell ps3 sales in NA. But when worldwide sales are taken into perspective, i fully expect it to be a lot closer than 2/3. I also believe ps3 will receive a larger hardware boost from GTA than 360 and when microsoft is asked to comment, they will respond with hardware sales don't matter its software, content and community
WTF dude. My advice get a logitech racing wheel. You can get the old ps2 one for 70 bucks. There is nothing like driving GT with a wheel. The experience is unmatched.
Dead rising 2 or bioshock 2. Would take bioshock over dead rising. Owned dead rising and bioshock 1 already so don't really care for neither.

Good point sonarus. Sony should be quite comfortable dropping prices and still make a profit in their games department. PSP and ps2 still sell tremendously well. So its easier for sony to drop ps3 prices and still minimize losses off the profit on ps2 and psp. Considering the estimated cost of a 40GB ps3 is about 400 dollars, looks like sony is doing great.
@premonition but those are just "ifs". The reality of the situation is that despite 360 large market share over PS3, it really is begining to show serious signs of slowing down. Price cuts and nothing but are necessary for microsoft to recapture its lost glory.
As said before DMC4 is a ps3 game, if capcom had kept it exclusive like they should have, there wouldn't have been that false situation where ps3 was losing all its exclusives, and there would probably be more...
i can't man. As a gamer even if all i have is a ps3 all news pertains to me. If 360 rules summer that means ps3 is NOT ruling summer so i have to rain on their parade. lol

you are right man. But reality of the situation is i cannot have any form of compassion for any 360 fan complaining that ps3 owners are disturbing their news section. None whatsoever because it happens on both sides. The number of ps3 fans have increased but as you can see by the rate of agrees and disagrees they are still roughly the same. here is where i disagree. Late in the ps2 lifecycle it suffered severly from piracy. A lot of hardcore ps2 owners had their ps2's chipped so they could get games for free. This in many ways affected ps2 software sales. That is why games like gow 1 and 2 only push approx 3 million. So in the case of mgs3 4million ppl might have bought it but 8million ppl probably played it. There were a lot of casual gamers who owned a ps2, i would estimate their numbers at most 50% of the total ps2 user base....
No one game can sell a console. You might wait to buy a console for one game but you will still be looking further down the line to see the other games being offered. Especially if the game in question is multiplatform.
