I never bought the GC but am catching up on a slew of great GC titles now on the Wii. The GC had alot of amazing games

that will change in time. Video games are finally becoming more mainstream, and with that will become the "Stars." Soon the video game commercials will be just as bad as the movie ones...

I dont see how people never get how much they can make. Lets take Mario Galaxy (easiest google-able pre-order #'s) had over 400,000 pre-orders.
$5 down = $2 million Dollars
current money market amounts (I'm sure they get more, but this was a 10 sec google search) of 4.75%
thats $95,000... for doing nothing. For one game (using modest pre-order numbers). And that says NOTHING of the amount they save by avoiding overstock of games.

Check out the upcoming sonic RPG for the DS (I think its called sonic cronicles or sonic heroes or something). Its being made by the RPG legends from Bioware. It will be the first good sonic game in a long time.
How about an awsome new perepheral for the Wii... like a HARD DRIVE!
oh and I want them to announce that they are doing an MMO and that its not animal crossing but Pokemon instead.

I think I really would have enjoyed playing a metroid game in that 3/4 birds eye view. Maybe make it a hunters game so you can control the other bounty hunters as well, change the HUD / controls a bit and I think it would be really fun.
I agree, PC RPG's are so much better. Fallout and KoToR any day of the week.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that picked up on that. I thought the mario Kart art was well done.
Plus on the Marvel art, I don't think its supposed to be a rope I just think its badly drawn webbing. the webbing is almost always drawn with a spiral or 2 going around the center stream on web. just didnt transition well when they tried to make them all look more "real" on the box art.
I agree with some of your titles as they have been around since the original NES. but games like animal crossing and Pikmin just game around on the gamecube, and the Wii _____ titles are all new this generation. just cause they all let people use their mii doesnt make them all the same thing. to be honest I'm amazed N hasn't milked that label more. you slap the Wii ____ name on something and its casual gaming gold.
Guess what kids, Nintendo doesnt care about you. Its a business out to make money, not your daddy that left your when you were 6.
They're target market is little kids and casual gamers because thats where they saw the most potential for profit. They didnt see these people on the sidelines of a dodgeball game and feel bad for them.

I didnt have a PS2 so I would love to see KH 1 & 2 ported to the Wii. Or a new KH that is not related to the original story. I think putting a sequel out exclusivly on a different and competing system is a stupid idea.

he actually took off 5 points based soley on his Flower cup 150cc race.
He is basically complaining because on the HARDEST SETTING he was not able to come in first place every time after playing the game a few hours. Man, talk about needing instant gratification.
If I coulda beat the 150 CC easily every time after only playing for an hour or 2 I woulda been upset because the game offered no challenge, this guy is a moron.

I'm sorry but the fact that a developer that made a good game in the past is now working on something that we know nothing about, or don't even know when its release date is, isnt a good reason.
